About Conference
INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE „CONTEMPORARY MATERIALS“ is organized, traditionally, for the Thirteenth time, by the Department of Natural and Mathematical Studies of the Academy of Sciences and Arts of the Republic of Srpska.
Conferences that were organized in previous years attracted a great deal of interest of scientific and professional public, and thus motivated and obliged us to ensure that the future conferences are even better organized.
The purpose of this conference is to discuss the current topical issues, in a comprehensive and multidisciplinary manner, concerning contemporary materials and their application in science, technology and industry.
This year too, the eminent scientists and scholars from country and abroad will take part in the plenary and poster sessions.
13th international conference „Contemporary Materials“ will take place from September 10 to 11, 2020.
As of this year, the work in the conference will take place within three symposia, with the opening lectures and poster presentations.
SYMPOSIUM A: Science of matter, condensed matter and physics of solid states

SYMPOSIUM C: Water

- aquaporins, extracellular and intracellular waters
- water metabolism and disease-causing agents
- exclusion of the zone in the water
- water spectroscopy and aquaphotomics
- water of nano-layers and nano-liquids
- nanomedicine on water basis
Due to the current epidemiological situation caused by COVID 19 virus, this years Conference sheduled for 10-11th September is going to be held in the following way:
- Plenary lectures are going to be announced on the Conference site www.savremenimaterijali.com as a power point presentations or audio records,
- Poster presentations are going to be visible on the same web site and contact e-mails added to ensure communication among participants and participants and commission members,
- Book of Abstracts and Program are going to be available on the Conference web site,
- All of presentations are going to be visible for visitors for a longer period of time.
We would like to ask authors of papers to prepare their posters in PDF form and to send it to e-mail posteri@anurs.org until 4th September, 2020.
Completed papers should be submitted to e-mail radovi@anurs.org .
We have decided to held a Conference in this way so we could ensure to the participants to present their research results and to be introduced with a research of other scientists, so they could establish communication and cooperation later via email addresses. The completed papers, as in the previous years, are going to be published after review in the Conference Proceedings or Journal Contemporary Materials.
We ask all participants to make a payment of the Conference fee.
The fee for participation in the Conference is 100 KM per paper. The participants pays by themselves the accommodation.
